OUR PRIMARY FOCUS is strategy, but we recognize that strategy can only be effective if the firm has the leadership in place to execute the strategy and the organization’s culture is consistent with and supports the strategy.

 Given the critical inter-relationships and dependencies among these three variables – strategy, leadership and culture – our processes and tools are designed to assess and understand the firm’s strengths and weaknesses in each of these areas.

Our proprietary Capacity to Scale assessment tool, developed in conjunction with Rich Hagberg of Hagberg Consulting Group, is designed to measure an organization’s current state across each of the three variables and to identify where improvement is required in order to support growth to the next stage of success.
